Zenoriviq accepts return requests within 30 days from the delivery date . Returns are accepted only when the customer receives a damaged item or an incorrect model. Customers must contact our team through contact@zenoriviq.com and provide the order number along with a short description of the issue. Supporting images may also be requested to assist with review and pickup scheduling.

Zenoriviq does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds related to personal preference changes, ordering mistakes made during checkout, or dissatisfaction unrelated to damage or incorrect product delivery. Customers are encouraged to review all product details, measurements, and order information before confirming a purchase.

Our company does not apply restocking charges for accepted return requests. Pickup arrangements for damaged or incorrect items are arranged by Zenoriviq without additional charges to the customer.

Customers should keep the product in its delivered condition until pickup arrangements are completed. Items should not be modified, dismantled, discarded, or transferred to another location before inspection and pickup coordination are finalized.

After approval, Zenoriviq arranges a pickup through our logistics partners. Customers must ensure that the item is available during the scheduled pickup period. Delays caused by unavailable recipients, inaccessible locations, or incorrect address details may extend the return process.

Refund Timeline Section

Once the returned item reaches our operational facility, Zenoriviq completes an inspection within 24 hours. After inspection, our team determines whether a replacement item can be arranged or whether a refund will be issued because replacement stock is unavailable.

Since Zenoriviq operates through Cash on Delivery transactions only, refunds are completed through bank transfer. Customers receiving refunds will be contacted through email and requested to provide valid bank account details necessary for refund processing.

After the refund request is submitted to the banking provider, customers may receive the refunded amount within up to seven business days. Processing timelines may vary depending on the customer’s banking provider, internal banking procedures, weekends, or public holidays.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and reviewed by Zenoriviq. Returned items that do not match the return request may be declined.
