Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Zenoriviq. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of our website, products, and related services within Singapore. By visiting our website, placing an order, or communicating with our team, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and related services.

Zenoriviq sells AI massage chairs for residential and personal indoor use. All website content, including text, images, graphics, pricing, product details, and availability, may be updated, revised, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice. Product images are presented for general illustration purposes. Minor differences in appearance, packaging, display settings, or dimensions may occur.

Customers must provide current, complete, and accurate information during checkout. Orders submitted with incomplete, false, duplicated, or inaccurate details may be delayed, declined, or cancelled. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before confirming a purchase.

Our website operates solely within Singapore. We do not process or fulfill orders outside Singapore. Orders submitted with addresses outside Singapore may be rejected automatically.

Commercial Terms

All prices displayed on the Zenoriviq website are listed in Singapore Dollars. The total amount shown during checkout is the final amount payable upon delivery. Zenoriviq does not apply hidden fees, additional checkout charges, or separate delivery charges.

Zenoriviq operates exclusively through Cash on Delivery transactions. Full payment is collected at the customer’s delivery address after the order arrives. Customers must ensure that the correct payable amount is available during delivery.

Product availability may change without notice. Zenoriviq reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, discontinue products, or cancel transactions when necessary. In situations involving pricing inaccuracies, suspected misuse, unofficial resale activity, duplicate submissions, or unusual ordering behavior, Zenoriviq may suspend or cancel the affected order.

Customers may request order cancellation while the product remains within our operational facility. Once the order has been dispatched and transferred to logistics personnel, cancellation requests cannot be completed, and delivery must proceed.

Website visitors agree not to misuse the website, disrupt website operations, attempt illegal access, upload malicious software, copy website materials without permission, or use automated systems that interfere with normal website activity.

Fulfillment

Zenoriviq processes orders within 2 business days for packaging and dispatch preparation. After dispatch, product transit generally requires 1 to 2 additional business days. Estimated delivery timelines are approximately 3 to 4 business days .

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary because of weather conditions, operational disruptions, public holidays, restricted access locations, courier delays, address validation issues, or events outside our operational control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accessible delivery location and accurate contact details. Failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information, unavailable recipients, or restricted access may result in delivery delays.

Zenoriviq provides a 30-day return period beginning from the delivery date. If a customer receives a damaged item or an incorrect model, the customer must contact contact@zenoriviq.com with relevant order details and supporting images when available.

For accepted requests involving damaged items or incorrect models, Zenoriviq arranges pickup without additional charges. After the returned item reaches our facility, inspection is completed within 24 hours. Following inspection, Zenoriviq may arrange a replacement item or issue a refund if replacement stock is unavailable or if the returned item cannot reasonably be restored for resale.

Refunds are issued through bank transfer because Zenoriviq operates through Cash on Delivery transactions and does not retain customer banking information during checkout. Customers receiving refunds must provide valid bank account details through email communication. After refund processing begins, banking providers may require up to 7 business days for reflected funds.

Zenoriviq does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges resulting from personal preference changes, ordering errors by customers, or non-defective usage dissatisfaction.

Liability

Zenoriviq shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, product use, delivery delays, third-party logistics activity, or temporary website interruptions.

All products and website materials are provided on an “as available” basis without statements regarding uninterrupted website availability or continuous product availability.

Governance

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes, claims, or disagreements connected with website use, product purchases, or related transactions shall remain subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
